• Warehouse Management System (WMS)

It was an application to manage warehousing operations. Department covered are Receipt, dispatch, distribution, defective tracking, inventory, stores, custom & duties and planning. Scale of operation was very big having both connected and disconnected databases and locations. It was very well integrated with clients systems for extracting and pushing data.  

• Invoicing & Billing System (IBS)

It was designed to automate the Invoicing & billing of AMC contracts at all the regional offices of HP. Major Modules were Contracts, Invoices, Receipts, Commission and Credit Notes. It was a distributed application.

This was a very powerful tool to connect to any database using ODBC connections, it pulls database object dynamically and help you to make joins on them, put conditions and pull data of your requirement. Everything was GUI based, no need to know SQL. You can save our schemas as well for further use. Export of data to excel was

• Education Management System (EMANS)

It was designed for HP Education. It keeps track of courses commenced at different center, Revenue generated by different center. Generation of Quotation, Invoice, Performa Invoice, Receipts, Credit Notes were integrated in the system. All together it’s a total package to manage any educational institution with multi location facilities.

• Call Management System (CMS)

It was designed to keep track of all the customers’ call to the Help Desk Centers, at all the regional offices of HP.

• Reimbursement

It is the automation of the Reimbursement process. It includes generation of all required dealer wise reports in excel format; automatically printing of these reports and sending required emails to dealer and various departments. Also a very powerful web based search is provided.

• Catalogue

It is designed with a concept of paper less office. It can store documents with keywords. Retrieval is easy and fast. A very power full document viewer is there that can support many file formats. Much more related information could be stored with document in database. It is still under enhancement to support more file systems

• Expense

It was designed to mange payroll and accounting of any company. Database was designed in a much optimized way to pull various MIS reports as well and was useful for planning team

Intranet

• Business Fundamental Table (BFT)

BFT Publishing. It’s the Intranet Application, to generate online report on user request. Data is fetched from different servers located at different locations, a scheduler is written to fetch data. An application is written to process the bulk of data and update that in the data warehouse, to make the search faster. Online facility for modifying and inserting data is also provided with privileged restrictions.

• Process tracking & Query Processing

It’s the Intranet application for any type of query generation regarding the companies operations through the intranet. Used for performance tracking of operations.

• Online Inventory Management

It’s the Internet Application, to maintain Cisco’s inventory all over India. Its keeps the track information of general receipts and dispatches as well as stock transfers including in transit stocks.

It is the IVR (Telephonic-Support Asset Management) System. It is for any type of query generation regarding the stock and dispatches of particular parts, through telephone.
